The Tesla Mission  To provide students with an educational environment that combines the teaching of modern science, technology and education in Western cultures with the Oriental values. PROGRAMME SUMMARY TESLA seeks to empower individuals to discover their talents, realise their full potential and become self-reliant. At TESLA the Scholarship Programme offers competitive scholarships to young people of outstanding ability and potential. TESLA will initially award competitive scholarship places for the academic year 2020/21. During the initial scholarship year, students will be appraised and considered for an extended scholarship the following year. Scholarships will initially run from Grade 1 upwards. PROGRAMME FUNDING Scholarships will range from 25% of tuition fees to 100 % dependent on the ability and potential of the student applying. PROGRAMME AIMS

• To recruit students who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to attend TESLA.
• To be a leader in providing educational opportunities for underprivileged and talented individuals.
• To create a robust and ethical scholarship selection and appraisal system that other schools and networks emulate.
• To develop the awareness that individuals can empower themselves and contribute to society through excellent education.
