In my role as Tesla Early Years program coordinator, this holds significant meaning as I have the opportunity to engage with young students, parents, and the Tesla community. I witness the dedication of the teachers, the attentiveness of the staff, and the diligence of the students here.
I wholeheartedly embrace Tesla’s educational philosophy, based on the belief that “Every child can succeed and achieve growth”. With this perspective, we have developed a comprehensive educational program with personalized support to meet the learning needs of all students. Particularly for Early Years students, they require time, space, care, affection, guidance, and conversation. Children need experiences to learn what they need for survival.
I have seven years of experience in teaching and researching early childhood education. I hope that with the experiences, skills, and knowledge I have accumulated, I can create an environment where students can take ownership of their own learning and become lifelong learners.
