We have been shaping learners during the past years who are academically well prepared and who will strive to achieve their full potential. Tesla has been striving to foster all stakeholders in every aspect of learning in and outside the classroom, how we interact together as a community, in the extra-curricular, service and the school life, this underpins our School values.
Our integrated, bilingual curricular approach focuses on cognitive development and our students’ ability to think critically and creatively solve problems as they prepare for life’s many challenges.
Tesla Education begins with our Early Years Program (EYP) for students starting at 18 months. Students transition to Primary School in Kindergarten to participate in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) and move to secondary school in Grade 6. After successful participation in the Middle Years Program (MYP) culminating in Grade 10, students have the opportunity to achieve the internationally recognized IB Diploma.
Our curriculum for 18 months – 5 years is founded on the skills developed through play, collaborative activities in learning projects, and opportunities for them to discover as they interact with the world around them.
The Primary Years (KG – G5) provides an integrated curriculum by enhancing a traditional educational experience with a modern pedagogical approach in a bilingual environment.
Although the foundation for learning is still provided by the National Curriculum, the curriculum is enhanced by international content standards, IB framework and the IB MYP approaches to teaching and learning.
The IBDP is a rigorous, internationally recognized, two-year programme in Grade 11 and 12. After completion of the requirements and successful achievement on the final assessments, students earn the IB Diploma that is readily accepted into over 2,500 universities across 75 countries worldwide.
At Tesla, we believe in the research that promotes “The Provision of the Arts” as an integral aspect of school curriculum and its positive relationship on the development of a child.
At Tesla, the integration of technology in education refers to the use of technology to enhance the student learning experience. The implementation of technology also creates pathways for differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs of students as individual learners within a broader classroom climate.
There are two languages of instruction at Tesla Education, Vietnamese and English. Students have access to the curriculum in both languages. Tesla provided an integrated language development program.
