Tesla Talk Week January 1st 2021

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021!

We went through a distinctive year together. However, these difficulties and challenges are efforts to us trying our best, creating and achieving success. We are so grateful for the companionship, support, trust of parents, and especially the relentless efforts of all students. Tesla Education Group wishes parents and students a Happy New Year with good health, full of joy, happiness, and success.

Tesla Talk for the Winter program

During the winter break, some students have been enjoying the Winter Study Program. Special activities have included swimming, photography, music and art. For the latter, students have been learning how to draw animation-style characters for their stories. The students have used oil pastels, markers or wax crayons to create their drawings. They are proud of their art works, which they have shared with the group.

We learned about Christmas last week, and this week we have been learning about New Year celebrations in other countries. We decorated and made our Happy New Year hats. We watched a video clip and learned about new year’s eve activities. We made a banner to share what we had learned and to express our wishes for the new year. Naomi in Grade 3 wrote: “Did you know New Year’s Eve is the last day of the year?” Thao Anh in Grade 2 wrote, “Did you know that people count down to the New Year?” Nathan in Grade 3 wrote, “I wish to play piano with both hands and I wish my old tooth breaks and new teeth will come soon.” What about you? What do you wish to have in the New Year 2021?

1. PTC ( Parent Teacher Conference): – Time: From 13:00 to 17:00 on January 11 and 12, 2021. 2. From January 4, 2021, Students will start term 3 of the school year 2020 – 2021. Some reminders for parents and students: – Register After School Activities of term 3 for students before 10:00 on January 4, 2021. – Starting from 4 January, Primary students will replace their naps with reading, chess, and outdoor activities supervised by teachers. 3. Some safety reminders when going to school: – When going to school, students must wear a mask. The school requires 100% of students to wear masks while on campus; – Parents prepare 2 masks for students to bring and keep in their school bags.

“WINTER CAMP” – WINTER SEASON IN TESLA

After being supported by the teacher to set up their tents, Tesla Kindergarten students decorated their tents with lovely red bows, colorful balloons, lots of baubles, and sparkling stars. They also put lots of Christmas gift boxes around, especially a Christmas tree made from plastic cups! The children’s cheerful laughter and bright eyes spread the warm and happy atmosphere throughout the school.

Scholarship available for Semester 2, 2020-2021

Tesla is pleased to offer a limited number of Academic Scholarship ranging from 25% to 100% for Secondary students who are entering Semester 2 of this School Year 2020 – 2021.
