Ms. Thu Ha is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years in primary education across both public and international bilingual schools. Currently serving as the Primary MOET Lead Teacher at Tesla, she is dedicated to building a professional, IB-aligned teaching team – one that is strong in pedagogy, emotionally attuned to students, and committed to continuous learning. Her leadership focuses on nurturing a positive school culture where teachers can grow and students feel safe, respected, and inspired.

Mr. Lucas Carvalho Faisca is an experienced ESL educator with over 16 years of service in international education, specializing in English language instruction, curriculum coordination, teacher training, and academic leadership. His professional journey spans Brazil and Vietnam, where he has demonstrated a deep commitment to student engagement and institutional development.

Mr. Lucas has held diverse roles, including English Teaching,  ESL Coordinator & Group Manager, consistently contributing to school growth, academic excellence, and staff development. He is well-versed in managing academic operations, delivering training workshops, leading student-centered initiatives, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. His teaching experience covers a wide range of learners, from early childhood to adult professionals, in both in-person and online environments.

A passionate lifelong learner, Mr. Lucas holds a degree, two postgraduate certificates and an MBA. Despite that, he has international academic experience which includes studies in the United States and Scotland. Dr. Ollie Peters brings extensive experience in international education across Australia and Asia. His career in education began at Flinders University in Australia, where he taught and supported international students for over a decade. For the last six years, he has taught from kindergarten to Grade 12 in international schools in China, Japan, Cambodia, Korea, and Vietnam.

Dr. Ollie is well-versed in various curricula, including the International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge IGCSE, and the Australian curriculum. He is a talented teacher of MYP Individual and Societies, Science, the Personal Project, IGCSE Global Perspectives, Psychology, and English as a second language.
