Mr. Ganguli brings 21 years of IB school experience across Asia, including postings in Japan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam. He joins us to lead Tesla's full PYP through DP continuum at a significant moment: our Diploma Programme received IB authorisation this year.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions including Director, Secondary Principal, Vice Principal, IBMYP Coordinator, and IBDP Coordinator, Head of Languages. Beyond his school leadership roles, Mr. Ganguli works within the IB organisation as an Evaluation Leader, Evaluation Chair for Asia Pacific, DP and MYP Examiner, and Teacher Trainer. He also evaluates schools for Council of International Schools (CIS) and he is a Trained Evaluator for WASC and NEASC. Based on his experience, Vishal understands how strong IB programmes are built and assessed, from the inside. Mr Vishal loves learning languages, currently he can converse in six languages.

At Tesla, his focus will be on classroom quality, teacher development, and making our IB and Vietnamese national curriculum model work well so that every family gets access to Tesla Education.

Outside work, he loves cooking, reading, coaching cricket, trekking and biking.

Mr. Debojyoti Bhattacharjee brings over 11 years of global educational leadership and teaching expertise across international frameworks, including the IB and Cambridge curricula. Having served as an Interim Principal, Secondary Academic Coordinator, and IB Core Coordinator, he has a proven track record of driving academic excellence and shaping inquiry-driven environments.

As an IB DP Examiner and Curriculum Reviewer, Debojyoti is deeply committed to international-mindedness and nurturing culturally diverse spaces. His leadership focuses on bridging global pedagogical innovations with local values, ensuring Vietnamese learners at TESLA Education receive a world-class education that empowers them as future global citizens.

Mr. Lucas Carvalho Faisca is an experienced ESL educator with over 16 years of service in international education, specializing in English language instruction, curriculum coordination, teacher training, and academic leadership. His professional journey spans Brazil and Vietnam, where he has demonstrated a deep commitment to student engagement and institutional development.

Mr. Lucas has held diverse roles, including English Teaching,  ESL Coordinator & Group Manager, consistently contributing to school growth, academic excellence, and staff development. He is well-versed in managing academic operations, delivering training workshops, leading student-centered initiatives, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. His teaching experience covers a wide range of learners, from early childhood to adult professionals, in both in-person and online environments.

A passionate lifelong learner, Mr. Lucas holds a degree, two postgraduate certificates and an MBA. Despite that, he has international academic experience which includes studies in the United States and Scotland. Ms. Thu Ha is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years in primary education across both public and international bilingual schools. Currently serving as the Primary MOET Lead Teacher at Tesla, she is dedicated to building a professional, IB-aligned teaching team – one that is strong in pedagogy, emotionally attuned to students, and committed to continuous learning. Her leadership focuses on nurturing a positive school culture where teachers can grow and students feel safe, respected, and inspired. 

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Hà is a content creator, trainer, and author of several educational eBooks. She is the founder of the project “Creative Comic – Quick Tech Boost” which delivered 30 educational comic videos to under-resourced schools. She also founded the course “Integrating Technology into Teaching” with the aim of helping teachers stay up-to-date with modern technology in education.

Ms. Lan Phuong has more than 20 years of experience working in Education and Training, with roles in Teaching Chemistry in High school and Eucational Management.

Before joining Tesla to take on the management position, Ms. Phuong was Vice Principal in charge of Secondary school and the Specialized Vice Principal of the Inter Level school.

Her educational philosophy is to understand her students aspirations and to encourage their proactivity, putting them in charge of their own education.

Ms. Lan Phuong wants to maximize every student’s potential in both life skills and knowledge. She believes in creating a joyful learning environment.

With leadership responsibilities across curriculum implementation, assessment systems, Extended Essay coordination, Theory of Knowledge support, and academic operations, he has developed a strong reputation for building effective educational systems that enhance both teaching quality and student outcomes.

Passionate about integrating technology, AI, and data-informed practices into education, Hieu focuses on bridging rigorous academic standards with innovative learning experiences that prepare students for success in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world.
