Mr. Vishal Ganguli is an accomplished Indian-French international educator with over 21 years of leadership experience across leading IB World Schools in Asia, including Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ganguli has served as Head of School, Secondary Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Languages, MYP Coordinator, and DP Coordinator, successfully leading curriculum development, school improvement, and IB programme implementation.
Beyond school leadership, he is an active contributor to the International Baccalaureate (IB) community, serving as an IB Evaluation Leader, Evaluation Chair (Asia-Pacific), DP and MYP Examiner, and IB Workshop Leader. He also evaluates schools for the Council of International Schools (CIS) and is a trained evaluator for WASC and NEASC, giving him extensive expertise in international accreditation and educational quality assurance.
At Tesla, Mr. Ganguli's vision is to strengthen teaching and learning, empower teachers through professional development, and further integrate the strengths of the IB framework with Vietnam's national curriculum to provide an exceptional learning experience for every student.

Lucas Carvalho Faisca is an experienced international educator with over 17 years of teaching and educational leadership experience across Brazil and Vietnam. As Tesla Education's Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator and Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher, he leads curriculum development, teacher professional development, and the implementation of the IB PYP, ensuring high-quality inquiry-based learning experiences for all students.
Throughout his career, Lucas has taught learners from Early Years through Primary and has held leadership roles including ESL Coordinator, Team Leader, Teacher Trainer, Curriculum Designer and Academic Manager.
Passionate about inquiry, student agency, and conceptual learning, Lucas works closely with teachers to design engaging, transdisciplinary learning experiences that foster critical thinking, international-mindedness, and lifelong learning. His expertise includes curriculum design, assessment for learning, teacher coaching, safeguarding, and educational innovation.

Ms. Thu Ha is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years in primary education across both public and international bilingual schools. Currently serving as the Primary MOET Lead Teacher at Tesla, she is dedicated to building a professional, IB-aligned teaching team – one that is strong in pedagogy, emotionally attuned to students, and committed to continuous learning. Her leadership focuses on nurturing a positive school culture where teachers can grow and students feel safe, respected, and inspired.
Beyond the classroom, Ms. Hà is a content creator, trainer, and author of several educational eBooks. She is the founder of the project “Creative Comic – Quick Tech Boost” which delivered 30 educational comic videos to under-resourced schools. She also founded the course “Integrating Technology into Teaching” with the aim of helping teachers stay up-to-date with modern technology in education.

Ms. Lan Phuong has more than 20 years of experience working in Education and Training, with roles in Teaching Chemistry in High school and Eucational Management.
Before joining Tesla to take on the management position, Ms. Phuong was Vice Principal in charge of Secondary school and the Specialized Vice Principal of the Inter Level school.
Her educational philosophy is to understand her students aspirations and to encourage their proactivity, putting them in charge of their own education.
