Enrolment Process

There are four possible outcomes for each application:

1. Acceptance
If the applicant meets all requirements and there is vacancy, a formal letter of acceptance is issued.

2. Conditional offer
Under some circumstances applicants may be offered a conditional place to monitor their ability to access the programme.

3. Waiting list
If there is no vacancy, successful applicants are placed on a waiting list.

4. Rejection or deferral
Applicants may be refused admission based on academic or behavioural concerns that the school is unable to manage, or they may be deferred until resources permit the school top support the student.

Tuition and Other Fee Payments
Parents will complete the payment of tuition and service fees based on the registered information.

Enrollment Completion
Following academic acceptance, the admissions will send an official acceptance letter within one week. In accordance with school policy, the completed Tesla Medical Report with the immunization history together with tuition fee will need to be submitted prior to your child attending school.

• Scan of child’s ID or copy of Birth Certificate or Passport copy
• Recent digital passport size photo / Headshot / White Background
• Two years’ previous school records, transcripts and test reports (if applicable)
• Certified English translation of these documents is required for Secondary students
• Letter of recommendation from current teacher
• Completed Tesla Medical Report including immunization history
