When it comes to sending children to school, nothing is more important than their well-being and academic performance. Tesla Education understands that the school and family are inseparable components; Parent-Teacher Conference plays a crucial role in bringing together families and the school to support the development of students. In November 2023, successful Parent-Teacher Conference was held at Tesla, spanning from Early Years Programme (EYP) to Middle Years Programme (MYP).
Parent-Teacher Conference is an annual activity at Tesla and play a significant role in shaping the educational journey of students towards achieving academic success in the future.
Participation in meetings and regular collaboration between families and the school help students understand the reliable support they are receiving, how they are cared for, and what their responsibilities entail.
One-on-one exchanges between families and Homeroom Teachers, as well as Subject Teachers, provide an opportunity to assess students’ development in both academic and socio-emotional aspects. It is a chance to recognize the potential of students, understand their needs, or identify areas for improvement. Communication between teachers and parents enhances the understanding of each student, allowing for informed choices in teaching methods in the classroom and supporting students’ development at home.
