Continuing the “A thousand lanterns, A world of kindness” project, the Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns from Tesla Education have been personally delivered to children everywhere, especially those in difficult circumstances.
The project takes place from September 11, 2023, to September 29, 2023, in three stages, with the participation of all Tesla students, teachers, and staff:
– Week 1: Brainstorming and lantern design.
– Week 2: Assembly and completion of lanterns.
– Week 3: Delivery to the children.
This initiative has brought smiles to children’s faces, creating unforgettable memories:
– The “Love Moon” event was held on September 29, 2023 at Children’s Hospital with the participation of Tesla, bring the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival to pediatric patients. We hope the event has brought more joy to the children and provided them with spiritual support to recover their health quickly.
– Visits to residential areas, apartments, amusement parks, Aeon Mall Tan Phu, Lotte Mart Tan Binh, and more, ignited the festive spirit in hundreds of children, particularly those living on the streets.
– This initiative also served as a meaningful gift to all Tesla students.
With each Gecko lantern gifted, Tesla is delighted to receive radiant smiles and sparkling eyes from every child. There is no gift more precious than igniting the joy of childhood and surprise with what they bring.
Before that, all students, teachers and staff of Tesla Education have come together to make unique lanterns. The 1000 Mid-Autumn lanterns also have the mission of spreading love, compassion, and community responsibility, nurtured in Tesla students. Through these social activities, Tesla students are nurtured with humanitarian values, a sense of personal responsibility, and the drive to make a positive impact in life. “Caring” is a key attribute of an IB student.
The joy of these children is an invaluable reward for Tesla’s community efforts. The Tesla community has come together to create truly meaningful experiences for everyone during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
